I register as: a regular participant, fee: $350, which includes:

lectures,

conference proceedings,

transportation from the airport,

lunches,

conference dinner,

social program.

a student, fee: $195, which includes

lectures,

conference proceedings,

lunches.

a local participant, fee: $25+lunches, available in limited amount to participants from St.Petersburg, includes only lectures and lunches.
a workshop-only participant (see below).

I also register for the workshop: (WOWA, $50)

I'd like to purchase: an extra ticket for the conference dinner ($40).
an extra ticket for the social program (about $50).

Sorry, but there is already no way for us to get you a visa invitation letter, the deadline has passed. If you want to participate, you should have applied for a visa by now.
