Many foreign citizens need a visa to enter Russian Federation.

Organizing committee provides participants with humanitarian visa support papers (an official letter of invitation) for the dates of the Symposium +/- a few days.

To get visa support documents you need to:

1. Register for a conference. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR NAME EXACTLY AS IT IS WRITTEN IN YOUR PASSPORT.
2. Go to the "Visa support" page of your Personal area and fill in the data required. You are to choose whether you need a scan copy or the original. It depends on the country where you are going to apply for visa. For non-Schengen countries a medical insurance policy for the whole period of your stay in Russia is required.
3. If your accompanying person also needs visa support documents, he/she should also be registered online.

In case the original visa support documents are requested:

• you should pay for the invitation voucher delivery (express mail expenses) through the online registration, price depends on the country of destination;
• please provide us the postal address where you'd like the documents to be delivered and your mobile phone number.

PLEASE NOTE:

• in order to obtain Russian visa your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your departure from Russia;
• according to the Russian Federation migration law concerning registration procedure of foreign citizens on the territory of Russian Federation, hotels take all responsibilities for fulfilling this statement;
• the deadline for visa support documents request is April 25, 2017;
