Hotel accommodation
The Local Organising Committee appointed Monomax Congresses & Incentives as the official Service Agency for the Symposium. A large number of hotel rooms at competitive rates in various hotels of different price categories have been reserved to accommodate Symposium Participants. The hotel accommodation for participants is offered at the hotels situated within walking distance from the Symposium Venue: “Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya” 3+*, “Polikoff” 3*, “Greenwich” 3*, “Abazhur na Fontanke” 3*, “Amadeo” 3*, “Silver Age” 3*, “Baskof” 3*, “Oktiabrskaya” 4*, hostel “Friends na Liteynom Hostel”.
To make your hotel reservation and payment please:
- first register on the Symposium web site (on-line registration),
- enter your Personal area using your login and password,
- click "Hotel Accommodation", make your choice and fill in necessary registration fields, press “Submit”,
- for double/twin rooms shared with accompayning person or other participant, please indicate the name of the accompanying person/other participant into the Comments field; we will halve the bill if needed,
- to find more information about the payment procedure see "Payments" section.
The period of guaranteed hotel reservation is June 5-13, 2016. If you want to book accommodation for earlier or later dates please send the request to CSR_SEA2016@onlinereg.ru
Hotel reservation deadlines is May 18, 2016. If the information is given after this date the Symposium Secretariat has the right to alter reservations in case the preferable hotel is no longer available.

Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00. If you want to stay for a few hours after check out time or to check in before 14:00 you should indicate the time in the Comments during reservation and pay additional price.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before May 18, 2016 in order to guarantee accommodation.
- The hotel reservation will be confirmed ONLY after receiving the payment.
- According to Russian legislation all people with citizenship other than Russian are required to be registered with local immigration authorities everywhere they day across the Russian Federation. Please be informed that registration service fee must be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival (RUB 200 - 350 per person).

CANCELLATION TERMS:
Information about the hotel accommodation cancellation should be made in written form only and forwarded to the Congress Service Agency by e-mail: CSR_SEA2016@onlinereg.ru
For cancellations received before and on May 18, 2016 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs). If cancellation is made from May 19, 2016 till your check-in date, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
For cancellation received after your check-in date - no refund! All refunds are made within 2 weeks after the Symposium.

Hotel “Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya” 3+*

Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya – part of Cronwell Hotels & Resorts Gallery, Russian hotel chain, opened in Saint-Petersburg in February 2010. Hotel is located in the historical centre of Saint-Petersburg, in 3 minutes walking distance from the Nevsky Prospect and «Mayakovskaya» underground station, in 5 minutes walk from Moskovsky railway station, 15 minutes drive from the Palace (Dvortsovaya) square and 30 minutes drive by car from the the Pulkovo airport. Hotel is located in a new modern building with historical outlook on the famous Stremyannaya street. The "Favorite" restaurant is cozily located on the first floor of the hotel, it seats maximum 50 people.

Hostel “Friends na Liteynom”

“Friends na Liteynom” Hostel is located in the heart of Saint Petersburg, just a few steps from Nevsky Prospekt. “Mayakovskaya” Metro Station is within a 5-minute walk. The property features bright, simply decorated rooms. Guests can use shared or private bathroom facilities. At the Hostel you will find a 24-hour front desk and a shared kitchen. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge, a tour desk and luggage storage. Moskovsky Train Station is within a 10-minute walk of Hostel and Pulkovo International Airport is 18 km away. Please note that in the dormitory rooms linen and towels cost 100 RUB per person.
