Notation used

in Personal Journal of Yuri MATIYASEVICH

The notation is mainly standard but slightly adopted to limitations of HTML 3.2.

B0=1, B1=-1/2, B2=1/6, B3=0, B4=-1/30, B5=0, B6=1/42, B7=0, B8=-1/30,... are Bernoulli numbers.

C(n,m)=n!/(m!(n-m)!) are the binomial coefficients.

Hm=1 + 1/2 + 1/3 +...+ 1/m are the harmonic numbers.
