The online registration system is provided by Monomax PCO. You can use it to:

• Pay the registration fee. Early registration fee rates (see below) apply till April 20. The late registration fee is 350 Euros (220 Euros for students).
• Request visa support. We strongly recommend to start preparing documents for a visa as soon as possible (for some countries, it takes a few months to get a visa). The deadline for requesting visa support via online registration is April 20.

Hotel booking option will be soon available in the online registration system.

Cancellation terms

• For cancellations received before April 20, 2019 the full payment will be refunded less bank fees.
• For cancellation requests from April 20 till June 01, 2019 only partial 50% refund is available (less bank fees).
• For cancellation requests after June 01, 2019 no refund option is available (in particular, in case of no show).
