Registration
The online registration form is provided by HSE. You can use this form to register as well as to request a visa support. We strongly recommend to start preparing Russian visa documents as soon as possible (for some countries, it takes a few months to get a visa). The deadline for requesting visa support through online registration is April, 25.
The registration fee has to be paid via a separate form. The price for an extra excursion ticket is 500 RUB and for the conference dinner the price is 3000 RUB.
Extra excursion and conference dinner tickets can be purchased directly at the website of our excursion and conference dinner provider.
Note that the fee does not include accommodation.
